Each quarter, the GSPP Rehabilitation Patient Experience Leadership Team recognizes excellence in Innovation, Service and Teamwork. This quarter, Arcadia stood out for its exceptional collaborative care, earning high praise from leadership and patients alike. The award was personally presented by Executive Director Jessica Cooper, highlighting the team’s remarkable efforts.
Frances Schneider, site manager at Arcadia, credited the award to the team’s broad clinical expertise and unified approach to care:
