Email Signature
Search for directions in Outlook for your specific configuration. General guidelines are below:
- Before starting: Download 1) the email signature template and 2) appropriate logo (see below) in the appropriate corporate brand or service line, depending on your role at GSPP Rehabilitation.
- Download the logo and save as a picture to your Downloads folder.
- Desktop-Based Outlook
- In Outlook, select File > Options > Mail > Signatures
- Select the signature you want to edit, then make your changes in the Edit signature box.
- Use the icon between “Business Card” and the hyperlink (globe with a link below it) to add the logo to your signature.
- Select the correct logo from your Downloads folder on your computer.
- You may need to adjust the size of the logo by dragging the corners. NOTE: Only drag it by the corners.
- Update any text in your email signature that refers to the previous brand.
- Click Save > OK.
- Web-Based Outlook
- Go to settings under three dots at top of page.
- Enter email signature in search bar.
- Follow prompts to update your signature.
