Outpatient Therapy Portal
Penn Medicine | Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Outpatient Therapy’s patient portal provides convenient access to all of your medical information. New and existing Outpatient Therapy patients can create an account on the portal.
- Existing Patients: You should have received an email in early November 2024 with details on how to create your account. If you did not receive the email or have questions, please email [email protected] so that we can assist you.
- New Patients: Once you schedule an Outpatient Therapy evaluation with us, you will receive a Patient Portal Welcome email that contains your username, initial password and link to the portal.
