PHILADELPHIA — Penn Medicine Rehabilitation, an inpatient unit of the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania managed by GSPP Rehabilitation, has opened a brand-new dialysis suite to serve patients.
The space at 1800 Lombard Street accommodates dialysis services for up to four patients from Penn Medicine Rehabilitation, with future plans to expand.
A CARF-accredited center, the two-floor unit features 58 private rooms, person-centric care plans for stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury and complex medical rehabilitation, and around-the-clock, on-site Penn Medicine physician coverage.
