Work Conditioning

Penn Therapy & Fitness’s Work Conditioning Program addresses the physical issues of flexibility, strength, endurance, coordination, and work-related function. Our specially trained therapists help patients regain as much function as possible so they can get back to daily living.

Our goal is to restore the patient’s physical capacity and functional abilities, to prevent the recurrence of the same injury, and to decrease their fear of returning to work.
